A dwarf rigger with an infamous reputation, Tony Rims is a member of The Garage, a group of riggers who boost vehicles and run chop shops all around the city. He is a big name on the street racing scene and makes a decent amount of cash racing his rust bucket sleepers against corpo kids and their flashy but stock parts sports cars. There is nothing like watching a GMC Universe scorch a Northstar and seeing those rich kids jaws drop when they realize just throwing nuyen at a hobby won't make them any good at it.
