Lexxy Legs is not her real name or even her professional name. Usually when she is hired to attend to someone she goes by a proper high-class name like "Anastasia" or "Vivian" or "Miriam". When she slums it on her free time and hangs out in the shadows, the locals have nicknamed her Lexxy Legs. The story goes she refused to give the local runners any name so some smartass called her that as a joke and the name stuck. She seems to find the nickname preferable to some of the other alternatives presented. Lexxy is known to be a bit of an ice queen and seems to know a creative new way to reject advances every time she pops up in the Blight.

Nobody knows why she slums it in the shadows. As an escort to Ares executives and the wealthy elite she likely makes more than enough money and yet she shows up here and there selling inside information about Ares to the highest bidder.

The more cynical and paranoid among the runners (which is a sizable amount for the shadowrunners still living and breathing) believe she is actually an Ares mole, a plant to both monitor the shadows and drip feed controlled intel.
