A team of villains and former villains, that would be tasked with handling jobs the famous super-powered schlubs couldn't or wouldn't or didn't want to handle. And you heard that what they were looking for were people who realized they'd done some harm, but were honestly, sincerely looking to maybe consider turning things around. To bending their skills and powers to making, if not an honest living, at least one where you didn't end up in Ryker's all the goddamn time.
