At 5' height, Homnir is a tall dwarf, and his body is muscular, and heavyset. His blond hair is divided into 7 braids, and his beard is done in a similar fashion. Each braid is held by golden hoops, and a pair of copper wires holds the braids together.
His green eyes seem to be clouded a bit, from the weight of years, and the various sorrows, but he is still  standing tall and proud.
His clothing is quite sturdy and generally of brown color, but when he expects battle, he is dressed in a polished chain of mail, a shield emblazoned with a grey mountain, with a star above it, and a helm affixed with horns from an unknown creature.
The only other feature to stand out is a signet ring of silver, and an amethyst that's been carved with the same symbol as his shield.
