Physical Description:  Trained almost from birth to maintain the proper image, Jude has the sort of upright bearing and polished comportment one expects of (decent) politicians and media personalities.  Though he's long since stepped from the path his parents had intended for him, the young Mastigos can't really shake that upbringing and he still has that clean cut, well kept, all-American thing going for him.  Dark haired, square jawed, and possessed of a sort of quiet self-assurance, he's easier to talk to than you'd expect, something in those warm brown eyes silently promising that he'll always listen even if you hate the words you find yourself letting slip.

Leaving the priesthood has definitely given Jude the opportunity to expand his wardrobe considerably, but it's hard to shake years of habit.   He tends to fall back into severe and unrelieved black whenever he isn't actively trying to look less like the man he was supposed to become and in certain circles that can actually play to his favor, though he tends to avoid the hardcore dogmatics these days.

Nimbus:  When Jude's supernal will touches the world it comes more subtly than most.  There is a sort of contradiction to the feelings he inspires, a driving sense of purpose contrasted against a numbing sort of despair that threatens to hollow you out as you push yourself toward that unreachable height.  You simultaneously know that you have a great destiny to fulfill and that it will always remain just out of reach.  For the Wise the one truly visible sign of Jude's magic is the way it touches his eyes, turning pupil and iris both into liquid darkness.  Inky in their utter absence, they become cut-outs into a starry abyss that is somehow inviting, warm where such endless depth should logically feel anything but.
