The Head Master looks, dresses and acts like Gandalf the white from The Lord of the rings.
He is clearly a Mutant with magic powers.

He is rarely seen around the school and his officer is almost impossible to get to.
The reason is a lot of the time he protecting the school from outside influences.
Or at least limiting their effects.
