Mrs Higgins looks all all the world like she should be the teacher in a school all of magicians not the teacher of mutants. However that is the point Mrs Higgins quite clearly is a spell caster of some skill. She has been hired by the headmaster to give the students the opportunity to learn magic. She she looks like she's in her late 50s to 60s has a stern and commanding presence but quite clearly underneath this no-nonsense exterior is a woman who wishes to impart her knowledge to the children.
