Halasik is a strange, six-limbed insectile being called a Tatulani, complete with thick curved antenna on his arthropod head. He is tall and stocky, and his blue compound eyes seem to shimmer with power. He stands upright on two legs, while his other four limbs end in surprisingly dexterous claws. He favors elegant flowing clothes over his light-weight chain armor, all colored in shades of white, silver, and blue.

He carries himself with an attitude of supreme confidence, one who is used to giving orders and having them carried out without questions. Halasik's voice is somewhat high pitched, filled with clicks. He speaks in slow, deliberate sentences, taking the time to make sure that each word is exactly what was intended.
