Anne is a small young woman of Asian descent, and looks like she's trying to to stand out. Her dark hair is frequently dyed bright colors, neon greens and sparkling blues. They tend to change often and fade quickly, though. Each ear is pierced a half dozen times, and one eyebrow features a long bar. She's usually dressed in loose clothing, in a vaguely punk style. Oversized sweaters, ripped up jeans. She frequently accessorizes with heavy boots and a pair of goggles bouncing on a band around her neck.

That's when she stands still, though. Which rarely happens. Usually, she appears only as a blur. A humanoid shape at the edges of perception, just barely there, but just barely somewhere else, too.
