Lieutenant(jg) Sirin Norn

Sirin Norn is a young Zakdorn Officer (humanoids with odd folds on their cheeks that give them a "melted face" look) He is rather junior looking for his Lt. Jg rank, and absurdly young for his position for a chief engineer. Usually, he projects a look of quiet competence, and a slight intensity about the eyes. Slim build but in good shape.
