Teagan Harper is a forensic medical examiner. She is a fully qualified MD, but her "patients" are almost always already dead. She was born in Miami but went to Ivy League schools: Bryn Mawr for Pre-Med and then her MD at U Penn. She is attached now to the Philadelphia FBI office in the William J. Green, Jr. Building.

She's an attractive redhead in her mid-thirties, crisp and no-nonsense in her dealings with her fellow agents. She's seen a lot of dead people killed in many ways and has a fairly jaundiced view of humanity in general and men in particular. She is determined to bring justice to every victim she examines.
