Compared to her hairstyle and appearance as a human, Lilith's hair grows to be much longer, which reaches down to the back of her waist as a vampire. Her character development as a vampire is portrayed to be more feminine, Lilith's eyes glow red and less brown.


Powers & Abilities: As the first and oldest vampires in the world, the Original Vampires powers and abilities are the most advanced and, as their advanced age grants them much more strength and power than subsequent generations, by far superior to any other species. It is possible that their powers grow stronger with time. Some of these abilities are exclusive to them, making them among the most powerful supernatural creatures on Earth. In addition to having no sires, the Originals are also stronger than even the oldest of their "children." These are their standard abilities as the first generation of vampires.

Immortality - Originals possess eternal life and are exempt from old age as seen with the Mikaelsons as they look as if they are in their 20s but they are in fact over 1,000 years old, and existed since the late 10th century. They are unaffected by disease or poisons.
Invulnerability - Their accelerated healing makes them unharmed by conventional weapons that would easily kill a human.
Superhuman Strength - Originals possess considerable superhuman strength, and are immensely physically stronger than all humans, lesser demons, normal vampires, immortals, supernatural hunters, witches, and all sorts of shapeshifters, hybrids, and other monsters. They are among the strongest creatures in the supernatural world. Newly created Originals possess strength equivalent to that of a 1,000-year-old vampire as shown with Alaric.
Superhuman Speed - Originals possess immense superhuman speed, are tremendously faster than all humans, normal vampires, and all sorts of shapeshifters, hybrids, and other monsters. moving so fast, akin to teleportation. They grow faster with time.
Superhuman Agility - Originals are endowed with much more agility than normal vampires. These abilities improve over time.
Healing Factor - Originals possess remarkable recuperative abilities; able to regrow lost limbs.
Superhuman Durability - Originals can take far more trauma than normal vampires.
Hypnosis - Originals can control, alter and manipulate the minds of humans and even other vampires and hybrids. This is also called 'compulsion'.
Fire Immunity - Originals are unaffected by fire, corrosives, or extreme heat.
