In another life, Ciara might have qualified as some ethereal beauty, capable of compelling the hearts of all the world.  Unfortunately, this is not that kind of life--instead, what you get is a gangly woman, with wide spectacles and a light dusting of freckles on her face, often with a somewhat vacant expression as her thoughts go in all manner of directions except when reality chooses to demand her focus upon her.  Awkward, halting in speech, and a perpetual shrinking violet, if it wasn't for the power of her Exaltation and her regalia, she would be easily forgotten.

But she does bear an Exaltation, and she has mastered the arts of Sorcery to a degree that few could match.  She also customarily adorns herself with the Luminous Archive, a priceless relic of ancient times, guarding her person from untoward violence and touchiness while also serving--if the records are correct--as a potent focus for a magus on the go.  It is also a form-fitting suit of nearly liquid moonsilver, covering her neck-to-toe with only the copper circuitry of its internal geomancy and the jewels embedded into key meridian clusters giving it structure.  Being a very shy woman indeed, Ciara tosses a velvet dress on top of this, allowing her to maintain a measure of modesty, it is--however--somewhat ragged along the seams and edges, given her inexperience at handling quality fabric.

She does, however, have a magnificent hat.

She is often trailed by a small cloud, occasionally sitting down upon it and going through one book or another.  Cloudy is a truly noble companion, able to carry much of her baggage and serve as a most comfortable bed when abroad, and she has little concept of what she would do without it.
