Ms. Nettle is the woman who has been tasked with directing this team of Heroes Without Borders. She doesn't have any super abilities that you guys know of, but gives off a definite air of someone who possesses a lot of skill. She will help point you guys toward missions from time to time and may set up some contacts if the situation calls for it. Also, she definitely seems to resent being put in charge of this particular team of rejects and misfits. So there is that too...
