The Honorable Alder Phillip Mcgee, Earl of Georgetown and Keeper of Elysium within the Praxis of the District of Columbia. An elder Ventrue, he is usually a bit of a recluse, typically only seen during nights in which the Prince holds court in the historic estate of Dumbarton Oaks in Georgetown, which served as one of the original gathering places for the Invictus before the Domains of Georgetown and Washington, D.C. became one and the same. A member of the Prince's Inner Circle, he has been a longtime resident of the Georgetown area and a respected member of the Domain. When business requires his presence outside the bounds of the Elysium, he tends to employ the use of Ghouls, who he will send in his stead or possess them when the need arises. He also happens to be the Regent of Georgetown.
