Due to her position within the Movement, she is also the de-facto Regent of Anacostia. A flighty Kindred that always seems to have luck on her side, she has managed to keep the peace with the Invictus for several decades now. She is well-connected and has many friends among the local gangs, which she uses both for information and muscle as necessary.
