Eva Altman, a Gangrel, settled in the DC area in the 1870's.  She was already old, centuries old... and maybe not all of her returned from Torpor's fog, or maybe she returned with more.  The marks on her body, some dating back to cuniform, suggest that she was once an Acolyte. Records show she was already an accomplished Dragon when she arrived here.  A little digging, or word of mouth, informs the searcher that the marina is her's, and while careful Kindred are welcome she suffers no fools there.
