Physical Description/Distinguishing Features: 5'4″, she used to be a skinny wallflower; now she's rocking an hourglass figure, hair dyed red and a few piercings and tattoos.
Personality Description: Chelsea used to be double-faced, concealing all her opinions and interests under a "good girl" facade, since she has the pastor's daughter. As a result, many people in Breckenridge (except her closest friends) considered her a shy, prudish girl, and are very surprised to her "change". But actually she's just the person she always wanted to be. In the years she's been out of town she has enjoyed the freedom to be whoever she wanted, dress and look in her own way, and say what she means. As a result she's much happier, but also comes across as blunt and sassy very often. Being back in her childhood town makes her a bit edgy, too.

Likes and Dislikes (non-sexual): Loves dancing, diving, yoga, partying, the beach, traveling, an occasional joint, and her family (even if it doesn't look like it some times). Hates judgemental people, tidying up, being patronized or slutshamed, and cockroaches.

History: Chelsea (22) is the eldest daughter of reverend Lewis Carter, the other being Aliah (19). He always wanted for her daughters to study, but they had other interests in mind. When Chelsea left town right after completing high school, Aliah fell in with a gang of Easthaven bad boys. Chelsea spent the next three years backpacking around the world and working odd jobs. She picked strawberries in southern Finland, did a season as a tourist guide in Egypt and spent some time in Thailand as a diving instructor.

She was always planning on returning home to see her family, but she kept putting it off, knowing Dad would have a lot of questions for her. But not long ago she received a rare call from her family, telling her of Aliah's disappearance. She picked up her backpack, spent all her money on the first flight home, and returned to the old town.

She has changed a lot in these three years, but the family is too distressed to worry about the tattoos and piercings and "scandalous clothes". For the moment Chelsea is staying at her old bedroom in the family home, but she wants to move out of it ASAP: it feels too much like being a baby again, and she's used to having loads of freedom. She's found a job at the Easthaven Mall and dedicates most of her free time to ask around about Aliah, since the cops aren't doing a great job. She knows her sister's hangouts and some of her friends, but she's no detective...
