50 Years ago, the world ended as we knew it.The bad guys won; they wiped out all the heroes and have made the Earth their plaything. We don't know how, but there have been no supers ever since 'The big bang'.
... At least until now.
Something has changed and a very small amount of new supers are discovering their powers. But the enemy is way ahead of them in terms of technology and power. If they even get a whiff that a new supe has come on the scene, they wont hesitate to bring out the Nukes. Nothing can be allowed to threaten their regime.
And so we hide and we bide our time. There is no communication network. Hell, there's barely any electricity. They correctly assumed if we were too busy figuring out how we were gonna eat, we'd be too busy to revolt.
But that's all about to change now thanks to you. We finally have something we haven't had in 50 years. Something we haven't had since the world went dark...
