DESCRIPTION:
Apollo is a handsome man in his mid to late 30s. He wears his blonde hair in a short, military-style haircut and has calm blue eyes that portray a calm confidence. He always appears in public wearing a blue NASA flightsuit with the US flag prominently displayed on his left shoulder.

ROLEPLAYING / PERSONALITY:
Apollo has been operating as a mostly independent superhero for a little over six years. Simultaneously, he retains his military rank and also conducts operations for the US military as ordered. His is often requested to attend PR events for the Air Force and his identity is known publicly.

Generally speaking, Apollo is thought of quite highly by the general American public and is seen as a significant national security asset by the Department of Defense. He retains his Top-Secret security clearance which allows the government to trust him with missions they wouldn't consider other superheroes for. Conversely, some in the superhero community find that Apollo's association with the US government causes a conflict of interest.

Apollo is a "good guy" and a patriotic American who is extremely driven and self-assured which can occasionally come across as arrogance. The dichotomy between his dedication to his duty and his need to "do good" has not been tested, and it's unclear what would happen he was put in a position where his need to be a "good" superhero was put into juxtaposition with his patriotism.
