Wilhelm Lancer is a 35 year old male who grew up the only child to his parents.  His mother and father worked as clerks for the CDC and were not wealthy by an means.  His parents wanted him to grow up and be able to join the military arm of the company and have a fruitful and prosperous career as an officer.  He didn't quite make officer's rank but, made it as a NCO, a sergeant.

He was part of a team who accompanied mercenaries to take down a group of pirates which turned out to be a goat fuck.  He doesn't talk much about it.
