The Physical
Physical Description:
Simon is modest about his outerwear, tending to favor loose fitting clothes with plenty of room to slip reagents in his sleeves or pockets. Being a fan of trench-coats, in spite of whatever cliches may exist, Simon tends to sport a surprising variety of calf-length long-coats for a variety of occasions. The only one saved for special occasions is a solid black coat with a clear magical ward on it... What that ward is would be anyone's guess (IT'S A WARD FOR PERPETUAL CLEANING).
Simon's physical self is less than imposing by human standards. He's five feet and nine inches tall and looks to weigh about one hundred and forty pounds. Maybe one-fifty if you were to douse him in water. His brownish hair is always well-kept, though short and easily manageable.
What sets him apart is that his eyes are the first to stand out, which he often uses glasses or other items to detract others from seeing or noticing. Iridescent sclera which seem to all-too-often reflect a myriad of colors, built of and maintained by ether and magic, they represent the first sign that Simon is assuredly NOT human at all, though it'd be difficult to know unless he revealed this. He lacks pupils, at least noticeable pupils, as the magic from his eyes tends to obscure them. His irises are rectangular, locked in their shape and never expanding or contracting.

Talents & Weaknesses
Skills:
Simon is confident in his own right. Even in spite of some challenges with people, he comes off as self-reliant and stable. Self-respect is kind of a skill in its own way.
He's handy as well, often having no concern being able to sew and do things on his own. Some time to think and plan often gives him a decent enough way of putting into reality what he envisions in his head.
Simon's also rather athletic. While his skill isn't on par with anything supernatural, if only because of his human body, he's on the upper end of health and endurance when compared to regular people.
One developed skill is his herbalism. He's learned to make salves, poultices and various medicines from herbs and fruits and such.
Powers:
Simon's power is magic. He's more prone to evocation than anything else, but those-in-the-know are aware he's also fond of making artifacts. From small rings to amulets and from gauntlets to swords, Simon is confident in creating form and function through magic, though the size and potential of such items obviously hinges greatly on his available time, energy and supplies.
Simon's focus in magic tends to revolve around the use of Fire, Air and Earth.
Under The Hood
Personality:
Simon tends to not worry too much about the affairs of others and this, frequently, has caused issues with his lack of caution. Despite his power, he tends to relate with humans more than anything and opts to risk himself for the safety of other humans, using charms and wards to fend of the supernatural and provide sanctuary to the more vulnerable. He isn't opposed to training or teaching anyone interested in magic, but he's often strict in such cases and tends to trust them slightly less throughout the process as they become slightly less human.
With ANYTHING supernatural, including fellow magic-casters and such, Simon has a less cooperative demeanor. It's clear he doesn't trust anything supernatural, if only because other non-human beings tend to always play a long game or take the greatest offense to the most minor slights perceived. He's equally untrusting as well, always opting to decline invitations for even the slightest concern and never committing to any arrangement or project without explicit contracts in place for his own safety.
Those few supernatural that haven't abused his trust tend to still have issues, but as noted, will have significantly fewer issues procuring his assistance or favor.
He tends to enjoy dealing with the Fae Courts as much as they enjoy dealing with him; Very little and only when required.
On the positive end of things, Simon GREATLY enjoys being the third-party neutral observer to duels and other altercations requiring such third-party people. He's also made it clear he's entirely prepared for unbiased documentation of such events.
