Lieutenant Commander Gregory Asgard, Master at Arms of the Pious Lament, is a wiry man in his late twenties with a confident smile and a twinkle in his eye. His blond hair has fine stains on it from long hours on the range and his hands are callused from weapons handling and maintenance and his facial hair is usually neatly trimmed so gas masks and voidsuit helmets fit better.

Despite being a senior officer aboard the Lament, his lack of presence on the bridge means he's free to wear a modified set of Velspar (now Saoirse)-pattern crew fatigues in his daily life, which generally means he looks just like the rest of the other voidsmen when he's among them (he's been barred from the officer's mess by new guards before). He generally only goes around with his twin bolt pistols unless he's expecting trouble, at which point he not only carries his storm bolter but also brings the rest of the command team out with him.
