Garu Finnigan is a tall man with strong sinewy muscles which are carefully hidden
 beneath his clothes. Garu has sharp features, a thick mustache and a small pointed beard on his chin which is common amongst the nobility of Scintilla, his homeworld. His dark hair with gray streaks is well kempt and his clever green eyes constantly move around his surroundings. As the Master of Whispers, the spymaster, his choice of wardrobe can change depending on the mission but his usual outfits aboard the ship can be summed up as noble garb; beautiful robes and tunics, expensive shoes and glistening rings with rubies.
