Description/Appearance: With what can only be described as an expression of utter mischief combined with a winning smile, Astrid is no wallflower. Her shoulder length hair is a deep dark red, sometimes tied back in a ponytail, her eyes a bright green, and she habitually dresses in neutral colours and leathers - though occasionally she wears a flash of bright colour underneath. Her only weapons are a sling and a long dagger, the latter which she often idly flicks up, down, between her fingers and around about, usually when her mind is elsewhere. She passes herself off as a scout, and its clear to see she is as stealthy as anyone can possibly be. For all that, getting on Astrid's bad side might be a very bad idea, but would anyone even try?
Background: Like all adventuring elves, Astrid had a great curiosity for the world beyond what she knew - her home village, and the surrounding forest. A natural scout and mischief-maker, and one rarely out of trouble, Astrid was 'encouraged' by the village elders to satisfy her curiosity and go off in search of great adventure - hopefully without getting herself killed, but hopefully with the notion that the great beyond would bring a modicum of maturity to the flighty elf. For all that Astrid can look out for herself, and has ventured across her home country, neighboring Keoland and through the Ulek states, before finding a caravan to the Wild Coast. She follows no particular plan, preferring to see where destiny takes her.
