The game will take place in 2006 in Philadelphia, USA.Players will take the roles of a small group of vampires sired within the previous decade, impelled into a coterie with responsibilities for a local neighbourhood.
The game will follow their trials, triumps and tribulations as they come to terms with their unlives, the challenges facing their neighbourhood, and the latest machinations of a political game centuries in the making.
