On the bigger end of small creatures Dello's head is as high as you would expect for a Gnome, three or so feet off the ground, the shell however extends upward a few more inches all on its own.  Above even that are a few straps, hooks, buckles and pouches intended to replicate the carrying capacity of a backpack but without being enclosed within a larger bag.  While not carrying a lot of things the significant majority of them look to be empty, or unfinished work in progress sorts of things.
