Princess Stefanya of Phalkar was put on the throne by Conan.

Phalkar is the westernmost province of the Border Kingdom and was once ruled by an overlord named Thormond and his wife Chrysala. Conan restored the daughter of Thormond and Chrysala, Stefanya, to the throne.  Alkarion is the capital of Phalkar. Alkarion has a population of 18,239 people.
