Urutlen Utu-Tengmai, a slim, tall merchant of the Rising Sun Clan from Sokatis City, he wears no defining robes but will proudly proclaim his following of Lord Belkhanu. His, lighter than normal, hair and eyes are striking as is the ornate long bow that he caries but what he is best know for are his merchant skills. It is said that Urutlen can out barter the pigmy folk and is well respected in his Clan house for this skill and his profound skill as an Archer. Few things bring him greater pleasure than a good social conversation over tea, a good deal and a well placed shot.
