Speaking of post rates (sorry Arkrim for “ghosting” on that monster game!) is there a way to get email notifications about posts in different games? I probably disabled that when I was very active. Nowadays I try to start something up here, then things happen and I forget to check in for a week, and then - literally in this case - 9 months pass before I realize I can check up rpol again. I check my email daily though, so it would be a good reminder for me :D

User Preferences --> Modify your notification schedule --> Check for new messages every [selection] --> Update Schedule

Weird, I have that setting on, checked my e-mail address and my spam folder… it’s gotta work somehow…
Edit: it seems the site treats the standard 2:00 every day as “no notifications”. Probably have it working now. Now to hope for a king-of-the-hill between Josep, Latro and Hiro!

Yeah nobody has challenged anybody else b/c people don't check it very often anymore.

 Yeah last I challenged was December 2019, and it flopped. I also challenged in the PF2 test, which flopped too. Then I created a character for the Arena Adventure Path we were going to do, but that flopped. Lastly I created a monster for the Monstrous campaign we started, but... well you get the point.

 I'm still keen to do something here, but I have trust issues now :/
 Not sure that anything we start will actually make it to the first in game post.

Admittedly 3 is a bit short, 4 would be better.

We had 3 express interest but only 1 of you actually built a character to completion and 1 of those participants turned out to be a toxic player. I would've preferred 4 players that actually finished character creation and didn't engage in nonstop toxic behavior.

Shiet, sounds rough having to deal with toxicity >_< Myself I was hyped for the monster thing, but I’m not doing it now cuz I think it’s a too big commitment for me atm. I’m hoping to play a regular game here some time in the future, not soon though. A regular duel I’d know what to expect. Just trying to lurk regularly though, so I get into the habit of checking in on the site. Was a bunch of years since I last had that habit properly, and the last time I tried I just disappeared obviously.

Yeah, that's the thing with community games, the steam can't come from just 1 player or GM. You need the whole group to be checking in regularly. I'm still here, I never left. I check RPOL almost every day.

If you ever want to duel again nothing stops any of you other than ensuring you challenge someone who regularly checks RPOL.

I don’t do Discord, but I’m keen to rekindle the Monster campaign (or the previous one) if other players are keen.

 I think when we did the monstrous start, I brought in a guy from an other game.
 He may still be interested in joining. Other than that, I can advertise again on my other games if you're keen.
