Some people have been asking about a character sheet.  I don't require anything in particular, just whatever you want that I can easily interpret.  (Obviously, the easier it is to read and the more details it has, the better chance I'll remember to incorporate everything.)

Here's a site that has several character sheets if you want to use a generic one:

Scroll down to Second Edition AD&D and you will see several to download.  I perused the top version and that seemed fine to me.
